An easier way to find care services

More than 500 providers of Care Services use our tool to find new customers. Suffolk County Council, and Nottingham City Council helped us to build it.

We wanted a better way to search for care services where we lived. Having looked at council websites, and advertising driven listings we just knew we could do better!

FindCareServices is free to use, free to list, and has a stack of great features to help social care businesses.

Performance Outcomes and Evidence tool for adult social care

Eleven councils use our Performance and Outcomes Evidence Tool (POET) as the basis for their Local Accounts of Performance in Social Care and Health - we're co-developing the tool with the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services, Eastern Region.

We think that for Peer Review and Sector Led Improvement to work there has to be some common, easily accessible framework linking performance stories to harder data

Our partner authorities agreed!

Supporting GP consortia by bringing data to life

Making data come alive for the newly forming GP Clinical Commissioning Consortia - mapping information to create dynamic, unfolding pictures that really engage people.

We want to do something about the dull predictability of local government and health websites.

From where we stand, the only footprint for information that makes any sense is the GP practice –
8-15,000 people. We're modelling our free to use information tool on that basis

It's in the first stage of development now - stay tuned!
